"Be The Boss" Campaign
The "Be the Boss" campaign advertisements aims to onboard female entrepreneurs in the Middle East to start their e-commerce journey with us. I guided the team in brainstorming the campaign idea. In addition, I worked closely with the graphic designers during the creative direction process and worked on the copy-writing.
"Melanin Magic" Campaign
This campaign was integral to our summer launch line, aiming to include underrepresented groups within the diverse community in Dubai. I worked on the copy for the website banners, collaborating with the graphic design team.
"Magic Saver Pack"
I spearheaded the “Magic saver packs” for the Melanin Magic sumemr campaign. These packs work as a package one can buy with numerous items sold at a discounted price, instead of buying each item individually at full price. I created the concept of having categorized packages tailored to makeup (Are you up?), skincare (Break up with breakouts), hair (Quench your curls), and an all-in-one package (Boss babe Hustle). I collaborated with the marketing team to develop the themed packages and the graphics team to create the branded tote bags and visuals.
Instagram Revamp
Preparing for the launch of the e-commerce site, the marketing team strategized a social media revamp to help enhance the brand image, presence, and awareness. I worked closely with the team to develop a social media plan, timeline, content ideas, and copywriting. I developed the concept for "Empowered Women Wednesdays" where we featured talented women (especially from marginalized groups) with the beauty, fashion, art, entertainment, and business industries. This resulted in numerous featured celebrities and industry leaders reposting and sharing our content on their channels.
